All products are shipped by UPS Ground (don't forget your street address!) or U.S.Mail Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation Certificate . All shipments are insured. Shipping costs are for Continental United States only. For orders to be shipped outside Continental United States please contact us at 802-362-3435 (9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time) or by e-mail. Please allow 10 days for delivery. Other arrangements (Express delivery, for example) are available - just contact us for more details.
Shipping rates
Our Minimum Shipping and Handling Charge is $7.50. We have calculated rates based on weight, item value and volume (many pieces are "double-boxed" for safety). We do not charge based on a percentage of the item's value.
Return Policy
